       county orriginally Laid out for Job Nutt the last Day
       of Jan.ry sixteen hundred and sixty containing one
       thousand acres scituate on the North side of Choptank
       River and on the North side of the eastern branch of
       Tredhaven Creek Togeather with all edifices
       buildings yards Gardens pastures Timber and Timber
       trees woods underwoods and appurtenances whatsoever
       to the said Tracts parts of Tracts and parcells of Land
       belonging or appurtaining with the Revercons and
       Remainders Rents Issues and profitts whatsoever and
       all Deeds writings Estscripts and Miniments touching
       and concerning the said Tracts parts of Tracts and parcells
       of Land and premisses or any parte thereof To Have
       and To Hold the said Tracts parts of Tracts and
       parcells of Land and premisses to the only proper use
       and behoofe of the said Charles Carroll his heires and
       assignes for ever and to and for no other use intent
       and purpose whatsoever and the said Alexander for
       himselfe his heires ex.rs and adm.rs Doe hereby covenant
       Grant and Agree to and with the said Charles his
       heires and assignes that the aforesaid Tracts parts
       of Tracts and parcells of Land and premises hereby
       Granted to the said Charles Carroll his heires and
       assignes and to and for his and their proper use and
       behoof from and against him the said Alexander
       Parran his heires and assignes and from and against
       all and every other person or persons whatsoever
       shall and will Warrant and for ever hereafter Defend
       by these presents And the said Alexander for himselfe
       his heires ex.rs and adm.rs Doth alsoe covenant
       Grant and Agree to and with the said Charles his
       heires and assignes that he the said Alexander has in
       himselfe full power and Lawfull Authority to Give
       Grant bargaine sell enfeoffe Release aliene and
       confirme the afd Tracts parts of Tracts and parcells
       of Land and premisses with the appurtenances to
