       for Levy and by all Lawfull Waies and Meanes Recover and receive
       of and from all and every person or persons of what Degree or Quality
       soever whome it shall or may Concerne Inhabiting in Maryland afd
       all and every such sum & sums of Money Goods Wares Merchandizes
       Effects Estate and things whatsoever which they or any of them now
       doe or shall hereafter Owe and stand indebted or have in their hands
       Custody or posit to them the s.d Constituents dueing owing belonging
       or in any any wise appert.a Whether by bond bill note book debt
       account Consignment of for or by what other Reason or means
       soever nothing excepted nor Reserved and to that end with all and every
       person and persons whome it shall or may Concerne to account & to
       View settle and adjust all accounts and the ballance thereof to
       Receive upon Recoveries and receipts to Give one or more acquittances
       or other such Discharges in due forme of Law   But in Case of
       refusall or Delay by any person or persons whome it shall or may
       Concerne to make and render just and true account and Payment
       and satisfaction in the premises him her or them thereunto to Compell
       by all Lawfull waies and Meanes Whatsoever alsoe if need be to app.r
       before all Lords Judges and Justices in any Court or Courts there to     
       answer Defend and Reply in all Matters and Causes touching or Concerning
       the prmises to doe say pursue implead save sequester attach
       imprison and to Conclude Condemn and out of Prison againe to deliver
       also to Compound Conclude and agree by arbitracon or other wise
       w.th Power to substitute one or more attorney under him w.th Like
       or Limitted power and the same againe to Revoke And Generally
       in and Concerning the premises to do performe and execute and all
       & whatsoever shall be requisite & necessary as fully amply and
       effectually to all Inerests Confirmations and purposes as they the s.d
       Constituents might or Could doe if personally present And that
       although the Cause should require more especiall and ample power
       then to hereon before exprest they the said Constituents hereby
       pmiseing Ratifie Confirme and hold Good and Vallid all &
       whatsoever the said attorney or his substitutes shall Law fully doe
       or Cause to be Done in or about the premises by virtue of these
       presents This Done & passed in London and in the presence of
