       Bargained Sold Aliend enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these
       Presents doth for him and his heirs Give Grant Bargaine sell
       alien enfeoffe and confirme unto him the said Charles his heirs
       and assignes for ever All That tract or percell of Land called
       Locust Thickett lyeing in prince Georges County and expressing by
       patent to containe four hundred eighty and six acres of Land as in
       and by y.e same reference thereto being had may more fully and at
       Large Appear Togeather with all and singular its Appurtenances
       To have and to hold y.e same unto him y.e s.d Charles his
       heirs and assignes for ever  And y.e s.d Rich.d doth hereby covenant w.th
       y.e s.d Charles y.t y.e s.d Tract is clear and free of all Incumbrances
       whatsoever and y.t he will warr.t and Defend y.e same against all
