393 top line is illegible on John Falconar being returned protested [illegible] Referrence being to the account delivered being had and Pursuant to the Severall provisoes and conditions & besides also the Quantity of six hundred and forty three pounds of Tobacco and the Sumes of Ninty eight pounds two shillings and three pence Currant Money and twenty Nine pounds three shillings and Nine pence Sterl being the Pchase mony afd to My Father and for goods bought and recd by him None of which the afd Sumes of Money Were by my father Brother Thomas Brown or me John Brown repaid unto the aforementioned Amos Garrett or unto any person or persons by his Ord.r therefore I the said John Browne for and in consideration that I the said John am fully Satisfied that the aforemenconed sumes of Mony are Rightly due to him y.e Said Amos and for and in consideration besides or over and above of the Just Sume of eighty pounds curr.t mony to the aforesaid Jn.o Browne in hand paid by the said Amos the receipt whereof the said John doth hereby acknowledge with the said Amos Garrett relinquishing his claime to the three Negroes that he has a Right [illegible] by my Father and in order to their being appraised w.th [illegible] personal estate thereby to enable His said Son being [illegible] Brown ex.rs to pay some small debts due from Tho.s [illegible] his father and the over plus thereof to be Shared as the Law [illegible] therefore I the said John Brown by these presents do hereby remise ^release^ and forever Quit all Claimes that I now have or hereafter shall have of in and unto all and every parte and parcell of the eleven tracts of Land and premises conveyed over lying by my late Father Thomas Browne their Names and Quantities Acres afore recited unto the afd Amos Garrett his heirs and assignes with also all manner of Interest Title Right Benefit or Advantage accrueing to me in the afd Land And premises by Meanes of my Elder Brother Thomas Deed of Bargaine and Sale recorded aforementioned with also all manner of Interest Property Right benefitt or Advantage by deced from any father Thomas Browne ^or my brother Thomas^ afd or any other Right Interest ^or^ property that I the said John Have to the eleven tracts of Land or unto any parte or parcell thereof Lying in Baltemore and this county unto him the said Amos Garrett his heirs & assignes forever and the said John Browne doth also for (himselfe |
