391 and with such provisoe that if in Case the Thomas Browne or his Assignes shall at or upon the Twenty fifth day of December which shall be in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fourteen pay or cause to be paid to the said Amos Garrett his heirs ex.rs or adm.rs or assignes the sume of eighty pounds stel money of Great Brittaine by good bills of excha four to the Sett and to the Likeing of the said Amos Garrett drawn at 20/ds sight on some Responsable Merch.t In London in great Brittaine and the said Bills of Exchange be there Duly accepted and paid to the said Amos Garrett or order being one halfe of the consideration mony above mentioned as also shall at or upon the twenty Fifth day of December which shall be in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and Fifteen pay or cause to be paid unto the said Amos Garrett his heirs ex.rs adm.rs or assignes the other halfe or remaining Moyety of the Consideration Mony being the Like Sume of eighty pounds sterling mony of Great Brittaine by good bills of exchange four to the sett and to the Likeing of the said Amos Garrett drawn at 20/ds sight on some Responsable Merchant in London in Great Brittaine and the said bills of exchange be there duly accepted and paid to the said Amos Garrett or ord.r Also Farther Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said Amos Garrett and his heirs that in case the said Amos Garrett ^should^ from the date of said Deed untill the Twenty fifth day of Decemb.r one thous.d seven hundred and fifteen advance any more money to the said Thomas Brown and Catherine his wife or to either of them or give them or either of them Credit in his store or otherwise for any sume or sumes of mony Quantity or Quantities of Tobaccos that none of the said lands tenements & hereditam.ts shall be redeemable till such sume or sumes Q.ty or Quantities of Tobaccoes be duly with Legall Interest paid by Vertue of said Condition or Provisoe the said Thomas Browne had dealings and was trusted by the said Amos Garrett paid sundry the said Thomas Notes drawn on the said Amos payable to sundry persons and said Amos sold and Delivered the said Thomas sundry goods and Merchandizes untill the thirteenth day of Aprill one thousand Seven hundred & Fifteen as by the said Account thereof and proved by the ^oath of the^ said Amos Garrett before one of his Majesties ^provll^ Justices of the said John Brown present and Long before the date of this deed was Delivered to Me John Browne party to this Deed whereby remained due from the Said (Thomas) |
