       One part and the af.d Amos Garrett Remaining on record in the provincial
       Land records entered in Libro T P No 1 fol 205 the said Tho.s Brown for the
       consideration of the sume of one hundred and sixty pounds sterl did Give
       Grant Bargain sell alien enfeoff and confirme unto the said Amos Garrett
       his heirs and assignes all those severall Tracts or percells of Land Herein
       after specified lying in Ann Arundell County & in Baltemore County in the
       province of Maryland af.d together with three negroes one Tract or percell
       of Land called Browns Increase being two hundred and fifty acres One
       other Tract or parcell of Land called Browns folly being two hundred and
       seventy acres One other Tract or parcell of Land called Brownly being one hundred
       and fifty acres One other Tract or parcell of Land called Henrys Increase q.t forty
       three Acres one other Tract or parcell of Land called Browns peace being
       fifty three Acres one other Tract or parcell of Land called Chink being one
       hundred Acres One other Tract of parcell of Land called Inheritance being one
       hundred Acres the proceeding seven Tracts of Land lying in Ann Arundell
       County af.d and on the south side of Severn River and near said River also
       one Tract or parcell of Land called Browns Chance and Dorsys Frindship
       Lying in Baltemore County near Elk & Ridge being five hundred seventy
       four acres one other Tract or parcell of Land called Browns forrest being three
       hundred and eighty seven acres one other tract or parcell of land called Ranters
       Ridge being four hundred and fifteen acres one other tract or parcell of
       Land called Brownes Addition being four hundred acres the preceeding four
       tracts of Land Lying in Baltemore County and near Elk ridge afores.d
       and all other the Lands tenements and hereditaments anyways
       anyways appertaining or belonging to the said Thomas Browne lying in
       Ann Ard.ll County or Baltemore County afores.d with all the appurtenances
       to the same or any of them belonging together with the Dwelling houses
       ^tobacco houses^ woods Underwoods fruite trees and also three Negroes Viz.t one Nego Man
       called Peter about twenty two years old one Negro Woman called Merea
       about eighteen years old one Negro boy called son of Murea about two years
       old to have and to hold the said seven tracts of Land Lying in
       Ann Ard.ll County and four tracts of Land Lying in Baltemore Co.ty
       before mentioned and three Negroes which three Negroes and eleven
       tracts of Land to and for the only proper use and behoofe of the
       said Amos his heirs and assignes forever under such conditions
