       On the Twenty fifth day of the month of Aprill Anno Dom 1715
       at the Instance and request of M.rs Sarah Garrett I James Dunnidge
       Notary and tabellion Publick Dwelling in London by royall
       Authority duly Admitted and Sworne Exhibitted the Originall Bill of
       Exchange Whereof the Coppy is here before Written and word for word
       to M.r John Falconar to Whom the same is Directed and Demanded
       payment thereof Who Answered that he was Ready to pay Two pounds
       sixteen shillings (which was all the moneys that he had of y.e Drawers
       in his hands in parte of the said Bill Which Answer not being
       satisfactory to the said Sarah Garrett I the said Notary att the request
       aforesaid have protested and doe hereby solemnly protest as well
       ag.t Thomas Browne Drawer of the said Bill as ag.t all others
       whom it doth or may concerne for Change & Rechange & also for
       all Costs Damages and Interests already suffered and sustained
       and to be suffered & sustained for Want of paym.t of the full
       contents of the said BIll of Exchange Thus Done and protested
       in London afd in the presence of John Trebell and Richard
       Wise Wittnesses hereunto required

       Merchant of the other part wittnesseth y.t whereas by a certain
       deed of In^den^ ture made the 17.th day of February 1713 between Tho.s Browne
