       to any person or persons heretofore Granted Ratifying and
       Confirmeing all whatsoever has been Lawfully done by the s.d
       Charles Carroll by virtue of my Late Lord Benedicts Letter
       to him as farr as in us Lies as also what after his death he
       has Lawfully done by virtue of our Letter to him  And
       this our Commission and the powers hereby granted to continue

       3.d Entituled An Act for preventing frauds and regulating
       abuses in the Plantation trade The Navall officers
       in his Majestys Plantations are within Two months
       or as soon as conveniently it may be after their entrance
       upon the said employment to give Sufficient Security to
       the Commissioners of his Majesties Customes in England
       for His Majesties use for the true and faithfull pformance
       of their Dutyes   And in Default thereof the persons Neglecting
       or refuseing to give such security are disabled to execute
       the said employment      And untill such Security be given
