       sworn Dwelling in London do hereby certifie and attest to all whome
       it may concern that on the day of the date hereof & I the said Notary was
       present and did see the Right hon.ble Marg.t Lady Baltemore Relict
       and sole executrix of the last Will and Testam.t of the R.t hon.ble Charles
       Lord Baltemore of the kingdom of Ireland her Late husband deced
       signe seale and as her act and deed deliver in due form of Law
       execute and deliver the originall deed or instrum.t of Assignm.t w.thin
       Menconed to and for the severall uses intents and purposes therein
       more particularly menconed and expressed Whereof An Act being
       required of me the s.d Notary I have Granted these presents to serve
       and Availe as occasion shall be or require Wittness my Notoriall
       Firme and seale in London this twenty Nineth day of Aug.t Anno
