       execute and every such act matter and thing for the further and better
       granting and assigneing unto the said Henry Darnall his ex.rs adm.rs
       and assignes the said arreares of rents debts dutys and personall
       estate before menconed to be hereby granted and assignes and for y.e
       further and bett.r enabling him and them to have hold recover
       and Receive the same to his and their owne use and Benefitt as
       by him or them or by his or their Councill Learned in the Law
       shall be reasonably required or advised so as for the doeing thereof
       no pson be compelled to Travail from his or her place of abode
       And the said Henry Darnall for himselfe his ex.rs &
       administrators doth hereby covenant and agree to and with
       the said Marg.tt Lady Baltemore her Ex.rs and Adm.rs That he
       the s.d Henry Darnall his ex.rs & adm.rs shall and will keep
       harmless indempnified the said Marg.tt Lady Baltemore
       her executors & adm.rs of from ag.t all costs charges & expences
       that shall she or they shall or may sustaine or be putt unto
       by reason of any accon suite or meanes that he y.e said Henry
       Darnall his ex.rs adm.rs or assignes shall or may think fitt to use
       for the getting and recovering the s.d arrears of rents debts
       dutyes and personall estate intened to be hereby granted &
       assigned  In Wittness whereof the s.d parties first above named
       to these p.rsents interchangeably sett & put their hands
       and seales the day and year first above Written
