       To have hold receive and take the same to him the said Henry
       Darnel his ex.rs adm.rs and assignes to his and their Own use and
       Benefitt   Saveing and Excepting out of these presents and
       the Grant and Assignm.t hereby made A tract of Land of Tenn
       thousand Acres more or Less in Maryland afd granted or setled
       to or upon her the said Marg.t Lady Baltemore by the said Charles
       Lord Baltemore her Late husband deced And also saveing &
       excepting out of these presents and the Grant and Assignm.t & hereby
       made all protested bills of exchange upon the shipping acc.t of
       fourteen pence p Tonn and twelve pence p hoggshead for
       tobacco exported And the said Marg.t Lady Baltemore hath
       constituted and appointed and by these presents doth constitute
       and appoint the said Henry Darnell his ex.rs and adm.rs Lawfull
       att.rny and attorneys of her the s.d Marg.t Lady Baltemore her
       ex.rs and adm.rs in her and their Name and Names but to
       his and their own use and benefitt to ask demand sue for recover
       and receive all and singular the said arrears of rent debts dutys
       and personall estate and to give suff.t receipts and discharges for
       the same And the said Marg.t Lady Baltemore for herself her
       ex.rs and adm.rs Doth hereby coven.t and agree w.th the said Henry
       Darnell his ex.rs and adm.rs that he the said Henry Darnell his
       ex.rs adm.rs and assignes shall and may have receive and take to
       his and their own use and benefitt all and singular the said
       arrears of rent debts dutys and personall estate intended to be
       hereby granted bargained sold and assigned w.thout the interupt.n
       or disturbance of or by her the said Marg.t Lady Baltemore or any
       person or psons Lawfully Claiming or to Claim by from or
       under her And that she the said Marg.t Lady Baltemore
       her ex.rs and adm.rs shall and will from time to time at y.e
       req.t costs and charges of the said Henry Darnall his ex.rs
       adm.rs or assignes make do acknowledge Levy Suffer and
