       Late husband deced of the one part and Henry Darnall of Prince
       Georges County in Maryland in America in parts beyond the seas Esq.r
       of the other part   Whereas the said Charles Lord Baltemore made
       his last will and Testam.t in Writeing bearing date the Nine and
       twentyeth day of July in the thirteenth year of the Reigne of our
       Late Sovereigne Lady Queen Anne and in the year of our Lord God
       one thousand seven hundred and fourteen and did thereby make
       the s.d Lady Marg.t Baltemore his then Wife his sole Ex.rx and did
       thereby give devise and bequeath unto her her execut.rs adm.rs and
       Assignes all his ready money   And also all Arrears of Rent
       Tobacco Rents and all other Rents Debts and Dutyes of any
       kind that should any wise be due to him at his death Either in
       England or Maryland and all other his personall estate w.tsoever
       or wheresoever to her the said Lady Baltemore her ex.rs and
       adm.rs to her and their own use and uses as by the said
       Last will and Testam.t proved in the prerogative Court of
       Canterberry relacon being thereunto had does fully appear
       Now this Indenture Wittnesseth that for and in
       consideration of the sume of one thousand p.es fee of lawfull
       money of Great Brittaine to the said Marg.t Lady Baltemore
       in hand paid by the said Henry Darnell at or before the sealing
       and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof the said Marg.t
       Lady Baltemore doth hereby acknowledge and thereof doth acquit
       release and discharge the said Henry Darnell his ex.rs adm.rs
       assignes by these ^presents^ she the said Marg.t Lady Baltemore Hath
       Given Granted bargained sold assigned and set over and by these
       presents Doth give grant bargain sell assigne and set over unto
       the said Henry Darnell his ex.rs adm.rs and assignes All arrears
       of rent tobacco rents and all other rents Debts Dutyes and
       Psonall Estate whatsoever of any kind that were any wise due
       to the said Charles Lord Baltemore at the time of his decease in
       Maryland afd and all the estate right title claime and demand
       whatsoever of her the said Marg.t Lady Baltemore of in unto and
       out of all such arrears of rent Tobacco rents and other rents
       debts dutys and personall estate in Maryland aforesaid
