       Dependencies to do say transact and accomplish all and whatsoever
       the said Constituant her self might or could do personally altho

       of December ^Anno Dom^ one thousand seven hundred & fifteen Between
       Thomas Corne & Eliz.a his wife of Calv.t County in the Pvince
       of Maryland of y.e one parte & Benj.a Mackall of the same county
       and province afs.d of the other parte Wittnesseth that the said
       Thomas Corne & Eliz.a his wife for and in consideration of y.e sume
       of three hund.d pounds sterl money of Great Brittaine to them in
       hand paid by the said Benj.a Mackall before y.e sealeing and Delivery
       hereof the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge and themselves
       therew.th fully satisfied contented and paid & thereof and of every
       parte and parcell thereof do acquitt exonerate Release & Discharge
       the said Benj.a Mackall his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs and every of them
       by these p.rsents forever Have given granted bargained Sold Aliened
       Enfeoffed Released and Confirmed and by these presents do give grant
       bargaine sell alien enfeoffe release & confirme unto the s.d Benj.a Mackall
       his heirs and assignes forever All those Tracts or parcell of Land y.t
       the said Thomas Corne and Eliz.a his wife ^are^ now possessed of Viz.t All
       that Tract or pacell of Land Sictuate Lying and being in Calv.t
       County on the Clifts of Chesapeak bay Begining at a boundd
       gumb at y.e mouth of a swa^m^p adjoyning to the land of a certa.n
       Stephen Benson by the side of the said Bay of Chesapeak &
       ruing down the said bay to the Divisionall line formerly run
       out between a certaine Thomas Starling & Patrick Allen bounded
