365 Arrest Imprison Implead and prosecute for the same and upon such suite to Pceed to judgm.t and execution thereupon the said Thomas Robinson and Rachel his wife and all other person and persons as afd their ex.rs and adm.rs in Prison to hold and keep untill payment and Delivery thereof be made with all Costs and Damges susteined and to ^be^ susteyned by occasion of y.e detaineing ^of^ the same And upon payment & Delivery thereof the said Thomas Robinson and Rachell his wife and all other person or persons as aforesaid their ex.rs and adm.rs forth of prison to discharge And acquittances for the same or any parte thereof for us and in our or any of our names to make seale and Deliver And alsoe to doe pforme and execute all and every other Lawfull and reasonable acts and things whatsoever Both for obtaining and Dischargeing of the same as shall be needfull to be done Giveing and by These presents granting unto our said att.ry our full and absolute power in y.e pmises ratifieing and holding firme all and whatsoever our said att.ry shall Lawfully doe or cause to be done in or about y.e premises by vertue of these presents And Wee do hereby Likewise Authorize and Impower the said John Bond to make substitute and appoint one or more att.ry or att.rys und.r him from time to time ^&^ at any time hereafter as need shall ^be or^ require And also to Take Administration to y.e said R.d Sorrell for us or such of us as shall have Right thereunto as next of Kindred to the said Richard Sorrell deced (if need shall be) according to the Custome of the said province of Maryland And we do hereby likewise warr.t and confirme all and whatsoever our said attorney or his att.rny or substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done in or about the Premisses by vertue of these presents In Wittness whereof we have hereunto sett our hands and seals this fourth day of Dec.r in the 12.th year of the reigne of our Sovn Lady Anne by the grace of God of Great Brittaine France and Ireland Queen defender of the faith &c Annoq Dom 1713 the mark of Sealed and deliv.d (the paper being first Sarah S Sorrell (sea) Stampt w.th the double six penny stamp) Tho.s Sorrell (sea) the mark of in the P.rsence of Mary Sorrell (sea) G Worsley an Attorn Cois Banects ore Rose John Gardner (sea) John Bennett Rob.t Babbe Sarah Gardner (sea) On y.e back of w.ch Lre of att was thus endorst Viz.t Be it remembred that this 14.th day of Ap.l 1714 Came y.e within named Jn.o Bennett and Rob.t Babbe subscribeing wittnesses to this Lre of attorney before me y.e subscriber one of her Maj.tys Justices of the Prov.l Court of the province of Maryland and made Oath on y.e holy Evangelist of Almighty God that they saw y.e w.thin named Sarah Sorrell Thomas Sorrell Mary Sorrell Jn.o Gardner & Sarah Gardner severally signe seale and as their act and deed deliver the afd Lre of att.rny to y.e within named Cap.t Jn.o Bond Jurat Corame Me W.m Holland (This) |
