       and relict of John Sorrell late of great Brittaine Badlow in y.e county
       of Essex husbandman younger Brother of Richard Sorrell late
       of Annarrundell County in y.e Pvince of Maryland in parte beyond
       the seas carpenter Thomas Sorrell only son of the said John Sorrell &
       next heir to Richard Sorrell afd and Mary Sorrell wife of the said
       Thomas Sorrell and John Gardener and Sarah his wife the said
       Sarah being y.e sole sister of the said Thomas Sorrell Have and each
       of us hath made ordained constituted an appointed and by these
       presents doe and each of us doth make ordaine constitute and
       appoint John Bond of the parish of S.t Mary Magd^a^lene Bermousey
       in y.e county of Surrey Marriner our true and Lawfull att.ry for us
       and in our names and for our use to ask demand and receive of &
       from Thomas Robinson of Ann Arundell County in the s.d province of
       Maryland planter & Rachel his wife adm.rs of Rich.d Sorrell late of
       Ann arundell County in y.e said province of Maryland carpenter
       deced and all other pson & psons whatsoever All such sume and
       sumes of money Lands Tenem.ts goods Chattles Rights and Credits
       whatsoever due to us as heir at Law and next of Kindred to and
       concerned in y.e real and psonall estate of y.e said Richard Sorrell
       deced upon Bill bond Mortgage or Otherwise howsoever in the said
       Pvince of Maryland and else where And upon Non payment or
       refusall of delivery thereof or any parte thereof The said Thomas
       Robinson and Rachel his wife and all other person & persons as afd
       their ex.rs or adm.rs for us and ^in^ our or any of our names to sue
