       Aliened Bargained Sold Enfeoffed Conveyed and Confirmed and by
       these presents Hath given Granted aliened Bargained sold enfeoffed
       conveyed and confirmed and by these Presents Doth fully clearly
       and absolutely Give Grant alien bargaine Sell Enfeoffe Convey and
       Confirme unto the said Philemon Lloyd his heirs and assignes forever
       All that Tract or parcell of land called Willenle lying in Talbot County
       on the east side of a creek called Tuckahoe Creeke Begining at a marked
       poplar tree standing on the west side and at the Corner of a Branch of
       the afd creek runing thence north one hundred and sixty perches
       thence west one hundred perches and from the end of the west line
       south six hundred and forty perches then east three hundred perches
       and from the east Line North four hundred and eighty perches
       and then west two hundred p to the afd markt poplar conta
       and Laid out for one thousand acres more or Less together with
       all houses Outhouses Orchards Gardens Yards Easments lands
       Tenements meadows feedings pastures woods underwoods timber and Timber
       and Timber trees and all other the rights members Jurisdictions and
       Appurtenances whatsoever to the said land and p.rmises belonging or
       in any wise appertaining all which said Lands tenements hereditam.ts
       and appurtenances are now in the actuall possession and occupacon
       of him the said Philemon by vertue of a Lease parol by him the said
       Richard to the said Philemon thereof and of every parte and parcell
       thereof (for one year commencing the first day of May Last ^past^ fully
       to be compleated and ended) made To have and to hold the said
       land and premises with all every and singular their rights members &
       Appurtenances unto him the said Philemon Lloyd Esq.r his heirs
       and assignes to the only proper use and Behoofe of him the said Philemon
       his heirs and assignes forever And the said Richard for himselfe his
       heirs ex.rs and adm.rs the said one thousand acres of land and premises
       before granted Bargained and sold or hereby meant mentioned or
       intended to be granted Bargained and sold with the appurtenances unto the
       said Philemon and his heirs to the only prop.r use and Behoofe of him
       the said Philemon and his heirs and assignes forever against him y.e
       said Richard Llewellin his heirs and assignes and all and every other
       person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend
       by these p.rsents And the said Richard Llewellin for himselfe his heirs
       ex.rs and adm.rs Doth hereby further covenant promise grant and
       agree to and with the said Philemon his heirs and assignes that it shall
       and may be Lawfull for him the said Philemon his heirs ^and^ or assignes
