       The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if
       the said John Hart Esq.r who is appointed Lieu.t Governour
       of this province by his Lordship Charles Lord Baron of
       Baltemore Lord Proprietor thereof shall not Dureing
       his Continuance in the said Government trade as a
       Merchant for himself or as a factor or agent for any
       other person or persons in any Goods Wares or Merchandize
       nor be concernd as orvicar of any ship or vessell
       whatsoever Then this obligation to be voyd and of none
       effect otherwise in full force and virtue
