       Charged required and Commanded to Yeild Give
       and pay unto you all respect submission and obedience
       as they will answer the contrary at their utmost perill
       To hold execute and enjoy the said place or office of
       Lieutenant and Chief Governour of the said province
       of Maryland with all and every the Powers and
       Authoritys herein before granted or menconed to be
       Granted unto you as afd Dureing the Pleasure of
       me the said Lord Baltimore You the said John
       Hart observing and performing such orders and
       instructions as from time to time you shall receive
       from me the said Lord Baltimore or from my said
       Guardian And Lastly I do hereby revoake repeale
       and make void all former commissions whatsoever
       Given to you or any former Governour or Commander
       in Chief of the said province of Maryland Given
       under the hands & seals of the said Lord Baltemore
       and Lord Guilford in London this Thirtieth day
       of May in the first year of our Sovereigne Lord
       King George &c and the first year of our Dom.n
       of the said province Annoque Domini one thousand
       seven hundred and fifteen
