350 I have hereunto sett my hand and affixt the said County Seale this ^twenty^ tenty Sixth day of October Anno Dom 1715 John Warren dep.ty Cl (Sea) Recorded the 26.th day of Novemb.r 1715 Charles absolute Lord and Proprietor of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c.a and also Francis Lord Guilford Guardian to the said Charles Lord Baltemore for and on his behalf To John Hart Esq.r Greeting Whereas his late majesty King Charles the first of Blessed memory by his royall Letters Pattents under the great Seale of England bearing date the twentyeth day of June in the Eighth year of his reigne was Graciously pleased to Grant for the Causes and Consideracons therein menconed unto Cecilius Baron of Baltimore his heirs and assignes the said province of Maryland &c.a with all powers jurisdictions and authoritys whatsoever necessary and conven.t for the well Governing safety and preservation of the Said province and the Inhabitants thereof and to that end all Matters and things whatsoever to do and perform either by himself his heirs or by his or their Deputys or Lieutenants as in and by the said (Letters) |
