       and all Moneys therein Menconed and thereon to Grow Due and
       all actions suites Costs Charges payments and Damages by reason thereof
       And that if Default shall be made in payment of the said fifty
       pounds contr.a to teh Limit.a and true Meaning of the afd provisoe
       and Covenant and of these presents that then he the said Thomas
       Alcock his heires ex.rs ad.rs and assignes and all others Claiming any
       Right or title in or to teh said premises or any part thereof shall &
       will at all Times hereafter upon Request at his & their own pper
       Charges make doe acknowledge Levy suffer and Execute or Cause &
       procure to be made done acknowledged Levyed suffered and executed
       all such further acts Deeds and things be the same of Record or not
       either in England or Maryland for the further Better &
       more parfect and absolute Granting releasing Conveying and
       assureing the said premises herein before Granted and demised &
       every part thereof unto teh said Joseph Usher his ex.rs ad.rs and
       assignes for all the the then Residue of the said Terme of five
       hundred Yeares Discharged of the said provisoe and will pay all
       fines for all ren.a and other Charges in Registring these presents
       or any such farther acts to be done as afd if occasion shall
       require the same as by him or them or his or their Councill shall
       be advised and required  In Wittness whereof the s.d parties
       have to these present Indentures interchangably set their
       hands and seales the date above
