       Side of Annarundell River containing one hundred

       Lying on the south ^west^ side of Chesepeak Bay and on y.e
       west side of a River in the said Bay called Severne
       River near unto y.e head conta one hundred and
       fifty acres alsoe all that parcell of land called
       Brownes folly Lying in Annard.ll County conta

       parcell of Land called Brownes Peace Lying in
       Annarundell County on the Westerne side of
       Annard.ll River in the woods and adjacent to the
       lands of Henry Sewall conta Fifty two acres

       eighty three acres of Land more or Less together
       with all the Rights Proffitts Benefitts and previledges
       thereto belonging and the revertion and Revertions

       said Thomas Browne the father deceased or of him y.e
