       party to these p.rsents for and in consideration of the
       sume of sixty pounds Sterling and of the Naturall
       Love and Affection he Bears towards his Brother

       of land called Chick Lying in Annarundell County
       on the west side of Chesepeak bay and on the south side of
       a River in the said Bay called Severn River on the North
