       Land with the appurtenances and every parte and Pcell
       thereof and all other Lands and p.rmises whatsoever
       in Maryland Virginia or else where that any ways
       belonged to the said Thomas Browne the father in his
       Lifetime or since his decease descended to the said
       Thomas Browne party to these p.rsents and all revertion
       and revertions Remainder & Remainders and
       remainders and other hereditaments whatsoever
       with the Equty or Right of Redemption of them
       or any of them to the said John Browne his
       heirs & assignes forever to the only proper use
       and behoofe of the said John Browne his heirs
       and Assignes forever and to no other use intent
       or purpose whatsoever And the said Thomas Browne
       party to these pesents for himselfe his heirs ex.rs
       and adm.rs for every of them doth hereby covenant
       promise grant and agree to & with the said John
       Browne his heirs ex.rs and assignes by these p.rsents
       that is to say that he the said Thomas Browne
       party to these p.rsents and his heirs shall and will
       from time to time & at all times forever hearaft.r
       at the reasonable request costs and charges in the
       Law of him the said John Browne his heirs or assignes
       make do acknowledge Levy ^execute and^ suffer or cause to be
       made done acknowledged Levyed Executed and Suffered
       all and every such further & other Lawfull and
       reasonable act and acts thing and things deed devices
       Conveyances and Assureances in the Law whatsoever
       for the further better and more pfect assureing surety
       and sure makeing of all and singular the severall Tracts
       and Pcells of land and p.rmises with the appurtenances
       to the said John Browne his heirs and assignes forever
