       and agree recipocally ^as^ afd that at the time of the makeing
       of this Division they are respectively ^legally^ seized in that
       Demisne as afd of Fee of and in their respective moyetys of
       y.e premises as afd without any condition or defeazance
       and have in themselves good & Lawfull rightfull power

       with each other and further that their severa^ll^lly and
       respective partes of the p.rmises alloted as afd are and for ever

       all former Bargains Sales or other Intanglements or
