326 south east one hundred and sixty perches to a bounded oake then by a streight line to the first Tree conta and laid out for one thousand eighty seven acres ^of land^ more or less Together with all Rights proffitts and Benefitts and thereunto belonging under the Rents Limitations and Conditions therein expressd unto them the said John and Elizabeth their ^heirs^ and assignes forever as by relation had to the said recited Lett.rs patent may more ampley appear and whereas y.e said Eliz.a by her deed indented bearing dathe seventh day of Septemb.r An.o 1714 for Considerations therein expressed hath Bargained Sold Conveyed and made over unto the abovesaid Henry Hall all her moyety of the said Tract of land and premises and appurtenances being one halfe parte thereof to him his heirs & assignes forever as by Relation had to y.e said recited deed may appear also more largely appear Now this presents wittness that y.e said John Talbott and Henry Hall being the true & lawfull owners of the said Land and premises with the appurtenances and by good and Legall Title standing seized thereof that is to say y.e said John Talbott is and standeth seized of one moyety of the same and y.e said Henry Hall of the other Moyety thereof by good and pfect estates in fee simple and they being now fully minded and agreed that y.e said p.rmises shall be equally divided and y.t a just partition thereof by consent be made between them so as each of them y.e said John & Henry may have in certainly his own parte or portion & dispose thereof as to them or either of them may seem most convenient have with an unaimous & joynt assent & consent agreed concluded and made full and perfect Division separation and partition of the ^same and by these presents do make full and perfect devision seperation & partition of the^ said land and p.rmises with the appurtences in manner and form following y.t is to say that the said John Talbott for his Moiety or portion thereof shall begin at a bounded white oake and hiccory being the first boundary of the said Tract and runing thence (south) |
