       Between John Davis of Calvert County planter of the
       one parte and Henry Strickland of y.e said county
       plant.r of the other parte he y.e said John Davis for
       y.e consideration therein Mentioned did grant Bargaine
       and sell unto the said Henry Strickland his heirs and assignes
       all y.t parcell of land lying and being in Calvert County
       being the eastermost parte of three hundred acres of land y.e
       Said John Davis purchased from one Francis Dorrington of
       y.e said county out of a Tract of land orriginally granted
       to Henry Robinson of the said County called Robinsons
       rest Begining at a marked poplar in the line of the land
       of Thomas Settchworth and from thence runing south &
       by west with y.e said Land one hundred and fifty per
       to a marked pochiccory then north and by east one hundred &
       fifty perches to a marked pochiccory in the line of Francis
       Dorrington then east to the first bounded Tree conta & laid
       out for one hundred and fifty as more or less and then called
       by the name of Stricklands Chance togeather with all
       Rights proffitts & Benefitts and All Timb.r & Timb.r Trees
       ways passages woods underwoods fences Rents easments
       commodeties hereditaments and appurtenances w.tsoever
       to the said parcell of Land Belonging or in any wise
       appertaining accepted reputed or Taken as parte or parcell
       thereof with y.e revertion and revertions remainder and
       remainders issues & proffitts whatsoever of all and singular
       the before mentioned ^bargained^ premises with their & every
       of their appurtenances and every part and parcell
       thereof  To have and to hold y.e premises before
       mentioned to be Bargained and Sold the premises
       before mentioned to be bargained and sold unto the said
       Henry Strickland his heirs ex.rs adm.rs and assignes
       forever as in ^and^ by the said recited Indenture relation
       being thereunto had more fully and at Large it doth
