       togeather with all and singular y.e woods and other Conveniencies
       thereon or thereto belonging to them the said John William and
       George one hundred acres each for and Dureing the terme ^time^ and terme

       three hundred acres of land and premises in manner afd to them
       their ex.rs adm.rs or assignes for and dureing y.e full time and terme

       Grace and George Doe for themselves and each of them covenant
       promise grant and agree to and with y.e said James that ^they^ the said
       John Willson William Grace and George Mackswing afd their
       heirs ex.rs and adm.rs and assignes shall and will at or upon the
       tenth day of Octob.r pay unto the said James one Grain of Indian
       Corne if the said James shall Demand the same and on the Tenth
       day of November which shall be in year of our Lord 1714 pay
       another Graine Graine of Indian Corne if the same shall be
       Demaned and the said John Willson William Grace and George
       doe for themselves and each of them their and each of their heirs
       ex.rs and adm.rs and assignes joyntly and severally covenant
       promise grant and agree to and with y.e said James his heirs ex.rs
       adm.rs and assignes to pay further unto the said James his ex.rs
       adm.rs and assignes Yearly and Every Year on the tenth day of
       Novemb.r untill the full end and terme of the twenty one years
       the sume of Fifteen hundred pounds of such Tobacco as shall be
       acceptable and merchantable in the sherr hands of Annarundell
       County for y.e same time being Yearly and Every Year for the
