       With the sume ot Twenty three pounds five shillings and Two
       pence Remaineing Due on the said Morgage at the passing
       of the said bills Makes in the Whole the sume of Two hundred
       fifty one pounds eight shillings and eleven pence ster Which I
       John Batty of Ann Arundle County as attorney Lawfully
       Impowered by the within named Robert have Received of
       Charles Carroll for and on behalfe of John Hyde of the City
       of London Merchant Whose attorney the said Charles is and
       Thereof on behalfe of the said Mitchell Doe origintt and
       Discharge the said John Hyde and In Consideration of the paym.t
       of the said sume by the said John Hyde as afd I the said John
       Batty for and on behlafe of the said Robert Mitchell Doe
       hereby assigne Transferr and Grant unto him the said John
       Hyde all and singular the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments
       in the within Deed Menconed and intended to be Granted by the
       within Lewis Duvall unto the said Robert Mitchell To have
       and To Hold the same unto him the said John Hyde and heires for
       ever under the severall Limitations provisoes Covenants & Condicons
       within specified promiseing That the said Mitchell shall Doe
       and suffer to be Done all further acts requisite for Confirming
       the premisses unto the above John Hyde and his heires as wittnes
       my hand and seale this second Day of Aprill 1711    John Batie (seal)

                      Know all men by these presents that I Robert
       Mitchell of London Merchant have made ordained Constituted
       and by these presents Doe Make ordaine Constitute and in my
       stead and place put John Baty of Petuxon River in
       Maryland my True and lawfull attorney Irrevoakeable  for me
       and in my Name and to my use to aske Demand sue for and
       Recover and Receive of and from all and every such pson or
       psons Whome It Doth or may Concerne in Maryland aforesaid
       all sume and sumes of Money Wares goods Chattells Debts
       unto Me by and from the said person or persons his or their
       Execut.rs or Adm.rs and upon Nonpayment or non Delivery thereof
       for me and in my Name to use take and psence such lawfull
       Course and Courses Wayes and Meanes for Recovery of the same
       as to my said attorney shall seem meet and to Compound
       and Agree the same as he shall see Cause and the Case soe
       Require And upon Receipt thereof or of any parte thereof
