       Know all men by these p.rsents that we Benj.a Hatley
       & George Nelthorpe of the City of London in the Kingdom
       of Great Brittaine Merchants Partys to the within Deed
       have named Constituted and appointed as by these p.rsents we Doe
       Name Constitue and appoint William Bladen or Thomas
       Macnemara of Ann Arundell County in the P.rvince of Maryland
       Esq.r or John Worthington of y.e same County Merchants or
       Richard Colegate or Edw.d Stephenson of Baltemore County
       Merchants any or either of them our att.rny or att.rnys to
       appeare for us in any Court in the Province of Maryland
       or before any Person by Law Qullified and for us and in our
       Names to Acknowledge the within deed and the Lands and
       Premises therein contained are the Right of the within
       Named John Brice his heirs & Assignes according to forme
       of An Act of Assembly in such Case Made Provided and for
       their so doeing this shall be to them or any or either of them
       a Lawfull and suff.t Warrant und.r our hands and seales
       dated in London the Ninth day of March 1713
