       p.rsents Doth Give Grant bargaine Sell Alien Enffeofe Remise
       Release & Confirme unto the said John Brice his heirs and
       Assignes forever all them Three Tracts or parcells of Land Lying on
       the north side of the falls of Patapsco River in Baltemore County
       the one Know by the Name of Stinchcombs Parke Lying on Diamond
       Ridge Conta about six hundred Acres of Land also one other Tract
       or parcell of Land Called the Reserve or Quat.r or New Designe
       Conta about Two hundred acres Adjoyning to the Late Dwelling
       planta of said Stinchcombe as also his Dwelling plantation
       Called the Tanyard Conta aboue three hundred acres of Land with all
       and singular the Houses Buildings Plantations Cornfields fences
       Woods Underwoods Pastures Orchards Gardens Waters Ways
       Easments Comodeties and Advantages to y.e same in any wise
       belonging or appertaining Usd Occupied or Enjoyed and the revercon
       and revercons Remainder & Remainders Rents Issues and profits
       thereof and Also all the Estate Right Intrest use possession Claime
       and Demand whatsoever of them the said Benj.a Hatley & George
       Nelthorpe their heirs and Assignes  To Have & to hold
       y.e afd p.rmises with their and every of their Appurtenances to him
       y.e said John Brice his heirs and assignes forever to the Sole Proper
       Use and Behoofe of him the said John Brice his heirs and
       Assignes forever and to noe other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       and the said Benj.a Hatly & George Nelthorpe for themselves their
       heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs do hereby Covena^n^t promise grant agree to &
       with the said John Brice his heirs & Assignes That they y.e said
       Hatley & Nelthorpe their heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs shall and will at all
       Times hereafter Warrant and for ever defend to y.e said John Brice
       his heirs & Assignes all y.e above hereby bargind Premises with
       their Appurtenances from and ag.t all persons Claiming or to Claim
       any Right or Title in or to y.e afd Lands & P.rmises with their appurtenances
       by from or und.r either of them or either of their heirs
       Ex.rs & Adm.rs In Wittness Whereof y.e parties to these p.rsents have
       interchangeably put their hand and affixt their seales the day
