       Joseph Young heard M Moore acknowledge the signeing of
       This Indenture and see him seale the same

       Novemb.r the 27.th 1714   Then Came before ^me^ Sam.l Young Eq.r
       one of his Maj.tyes Justices of the Prov.ll of Maryland the above
       Named Mordecai Moore and acknowledged the above Instrum.t
       as his Act & Deed and y.e land and p.rmises above named mentioned
       to teh above named John Dorsey his heirs & Assignes forever
       according to the True Intent and Meaning of the above ded and the
       act of assembly in that case made p.rvided Also y.e same day came
       Deborah Moore the wife of the said Mordecai Moore and was
       secretly examined by me out of the hearing of her said Husband
       and did on such examination declare that she did Voluntarily
       and freely consent to the execution of y.e ^above^ said Deed and to the
       passing the Estate & Lands therein menconed as is therein exprest
       and that she absolutely Renownces and for ever Disclaimes any
       Right or Title of Dower of in or unto the same lands and that
       shee does the same freely without any Compultion or threat
       of her said Husband and not out of any fear of his displeasure

       Witnesseth y.t Whereas y.e said John Brice Being concerned in said Comp.a
       with y.e said Benj.a Hatly and George Nelthorpe in Divers
