       in hand ^paid^ or secured to be paid by the said John Dorsey the
       Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and of every
       parte & parcell thereof doth fully Clearly and Absolutely
       Accquitt Exoneratte & Discharge the said John Dorsey the
