       benefitts proffitts and Previledges whatsoever free and Clear of and from all
       Incumbrances whatsoever the rents and services which are or shall Grow
       due and payable unto the Chief Lord or Lords of the fee or fees only
       excepted and foreprized And the said Eliz.a doth further Covenant and agree
       to and w.th the s.d Henry Hall his heirs and assignes that she the said
       Elizabeth Hutchins her heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs shall and will when
       thereunto required att the reasonable request and Charges in the
       Law of the said Henry Hall his heirs or assignes make doe acknowledge
       suffer and execute any or all such lawfull deeds of Instruments as shall
       be reasonably devised advised or required by him the said Henry Hall
       his heirs or assignes or by his or their Councill Learned in the law for
       the further and better assurance and sure makeing of all the aboves.d
       land & premises w.th their and ever of their appurtenances hereby
       bargained and sold unto the above named Henry Hall his heirs and
       Assignes for ever And further the s.d Eliz.a Hutchins doth further for
       herself her heirs ex.rs & ad.rs covenant and agree to and w.th the said
       Henry Hall his heirs and assignes that he the said Henry Hall his
       heirs & assignes shall and may for ever hereafter Quietly and
       Peaceably have hold use occupy possess and enjoy all the aboves.d
       land and p.rmises w.th their and every of their appurtenances
       hereby bargained and sold or intended to be hereby bargained and
       sold without [illegible] Molestation Interuption or hindrance
       of her the said [illegible] heirs or assignes or any other person or
       persons w.tsoever [illegible] the said Eliz.a Hutchins doth for her
       self her heirs ex.rs & adm.rs covenant and agree to and w.th the said
       Henry Hall his heirs and assignes that she the s.d Eliz.a her heirs
       ex.rs and adm.rs shall and will warrant and for ever defend all y.e
       aboves.d bargaind Land and premises w.th their and every of their
       appurtenances unto the above named Henry Hall his heirs and
       assignes for ever ag.t the Claime of any person or persons w.tsoever
       and Clear and free of & from all incumbrances w.tsoever only what
       is hereby before excepted  In Wittness whereof the parties to these
       presents have interchangeably set their hands and seales the day &
       year first above written                                    Eliz.a Hutchins   (sea)

                On the back of the aforegoing deed was thus endorst Viz.t

       Signed sealed and delivered in the presents of      Rich.d Johns

          Sept.r y.e 7.th 1714      Then Came before me Eliz.a Hutchins party to y.e
                       within deed and acknowledged the lands w.thin specifyed to be
           the right of the within Named Henry Hall his heirs and assignes
           for ever pursuant to an Act of Assembly in that Case made &
