       Maryland and the Teretories thereunto belonging &c.a
       To all persons to whome these presents shall Come
       Greeting Know Yee that whereas her Majestie
       by her Royall Commission to me under the great seale
       of Great Brittaine bearing date at Westminster the
       twelfth day of February in the Twelfth year of our
       her Majesties Reigne &c.a Annoq Domini one
       thousand seven hundred and thirteen has been gratiously
       Pleas'd among other powers and Authorities to
       Me upon y.e Death abscence or suspension of any pson
       in this province holding or enjoying any office of Trust
       or proffit by Commission under the great seale from
       her Majestie to appoint ^so^me other fit persons in my
       Discretion to supply the Vacancie officiate in and
       execute the Trust and Charge of such office untill
       such Time as her Majesties Royall pleasure shall
       be signified therein And whereas also it hath pleased
