       the wife of the said Matthias for the Consideration ^last^ above sett
       fourth & for Divers other good Causes & Considerations Us Moveing
       Have Given Granted and Assigned & by this our present Deed
       of Gift Do Give Grant Assigne Assure & make over unto John Clark
       & Webber Clark sone of the said Matthias Clark and to their and each
       of their heirs or Assignes Two full third parts of the Moiety or halfe
       or halfe parte of the afores.d Tract or parcell of Land whether
       divided or un Divided as doth belong to us the s.d Matthias Clark and
       Eliz.a my wife by Vertue of the last will & Testam.t of her Brother
       James Ford before Named and known by the name of the rupalta
       Lying on the west of Susquehanna River in Baltemore Co.ty
       afd Containing Three hundred Acres of Land accord ^&^ to y.e metts & bounds
       first above sett fourth & prescribed To have and to hold the
       s.d Two third parts of y.e s.d Moiety or halfe parte of y.e afd Tract
       or parell of Land whether divided Divided or undivided hereby
       Given Granted & Assigned & every parte & parcell thereof together
       with full ingress Egress & Regress and other the needfull
       Previledges and beneffits thereunto belonging unto the s.d John
       Clark & Webber Clark their & each ^and either^ of their heirs Assignes
       for ever And wee the said Matthias Clark & Elizabeth the wife
       of the s.d Matthias Do futher by these presents Grant Assure
       and promise that we the s.d Matthias Clark and Eliz.a the wife
       of the s.d Matthias our heirs & Assignes upon the reasonable
       request of the said John Clark and Webb.r Clark their or either
       of their heirs or assignes shall & will make acknowledge suffer execute
       all and every Further & other Act & Acts thing & Things
       Assureance & Conveyances whatsoever as by the s.d John Clark and
       Webb.r Clark their or either of Heirs or Assignes or their or either
       of their Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably from time
       to time reasonably Devised ^or^ advised for the futher & bett.r Assureance
       surety and sure makeing of the Premises that is to say of the said
       Two full third parts of the Moiety or halfe part of the afores.d
       Tract or parcell of Land Called Rupalta Conta Three hundred
       acres of Land more or Less lying in Baltemore County afd
       unto y.e s.d John Clark & Webb.r Clark their & either of their heirs
       & Assignes forever according to the True Intent & meaning of
       this present Writeing or Deed of Gift Be it by fine or recovery
       Feofment Deed or Deeds Inrolled or not Inrolled the Recording of
       these presents or by all any or as many of the s.d means or ways
       or by any other Lawfull or reasonable way or meanes w.tsoever
       In Wittness whereof the said Matthias Clark & Elizabeth
       his wife have hereunto sett their hands and seals this eight
