       in Talbot County in Maryland aforesaid Esq.r and Wornell
       Hunt of Annapolis in Maryland aforesaid Esq.r And
       Charles Carroll of Annapolis aforesaid Esq.r any or either
       of them for Them the said Paul Collins Samuel Palmer
       party to these p.rsents Richard Hutchins and Sarah his
       Wife Thomas Cleaver & Susannah His Wife John Watson
       and Alice his Wife and in their Names and as their
       Acts and deed respectively to acknowledge this p.rsent
       Indenture and the said above mentioned Indenture of
       Lease in the Provinciall Courts in y.e aforesaid County or
       before two Justices of y.e same respectively in such manner
       as by y.e Laws Concerning y.e Inrollment of Deeds in Maryland
       is appointed to y.e Intent that y.e same Indentures
       may be duly enrolled in y.e said Courts according to the
       Custom of y.e said Province In witness whereof the
       Parties first above named to these p.rsents their Hands
       and Seals Interchangeably have sett y.e Day and Year
       first above written
