       hundred and twenty five perches to a chesnutt oake standing on
       a stoney point thence up into the woods three hundred and twenty
       perches to a marked Locus and white oake thence south south east
       six degrees easterly one hundred and twenty five perches to a marked
       oake and Hiccory thence east to the first two bounded Trees w.th all houses
       buildings and other edifices Gardens Orchards Woods Timber Trees Hereditaments
       whatsoever to y.e same belonging or in any ways appertaining y.e
       Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and
       profitts thereof w.th their and every of their appurtenances w.th all the Estate
       right Title Interest property Claime and demand whatsoever of him the s.d
       Henry Ward his heires and assignes and every of them in and unto the afd
       Tract of Land and all and every the premises To have and to hold the s.d
       part of the said tract of Mountseradoe for two hundred and fifty acres be y.e
       same a greater or Lesser Quantity and all houses woods and their apputts
       as above expressed unto the s.d Edward Parrish his heires and assignes for
       ever and to the only proper use and behoofe of him the s.d Edward Parrish
       for evermore to be held of the Chief Lord of the fee in proportion for the
       Quantity according to the grant of the s.d whole Tract And the s.d Henry
       Ward for himself his heires executors adm.rs and for every of them doth by
       these presents covenant grant and agree to and w.th y.e s.d Edward Parrish his
       heires and assignes as followeth that is to say that ^he^ the s.d Henry Ward
       at the time of ensealing and delivery of these psents standeth Lawfully seized
       in a good sure and indefeizable Estate of Inheritance in fee simple of and in
       the hereby granted Lands and premises free and clear and freely and clearly
       acquitted exonerated indemnified and saved harmless of and from all
       former and other gifts grants bargaines sales Mortgages w.th uses and
       entailes troubles & incumbrances whatsoever had made done or
