       now being by Vertue of a Bargaine and sale to him thereof
       made by the said Paul Collins  Sam.ll Palmer  Richard Hutchins
       and Sarah his wife Thomas Cleaver and Susan his wife
       and John Wattson & Alice his wife by Indenture bearing
       date y.e day next before the day of the date of the presents
       and by force of the statute made for Transferring uses into
       possession and to his heirs and Assignes All Those the
       severall Tracts or Pieces or Parcells of Land scituate lying
       and being in the province of Maryland in America in parte
       beyond the seas hereinafter particularly menconed that is
       to say all that Tract or piece or parcell of Land commonly called
       or known by the name of the Grove or by whatsoever other
       name or names the same or any parte or parcell is or hath been
       called or known containing by estimation two hundred & fifty
       acres be the same more or less scituate lying and being in
       Baltemore County in the province of Maryland and alsoe
       all that Tract or piece or parcell of land commonly called or
       known by the name of Palmers Forrest or by whatsoever
       other name or names the same or any parte thereof is or hath
       been called or known containing by estimation six hundred
       acres be the same more or Less scituate lyin & being in
       Baltemore County afd And alsoe all that Tract ^or^ peice or pcell
       of land commonly called or known by the name of Palmers
       Point or by whatsoever other name or names the same or
       any parte or parcell thereof is or hath been called or known
       conta by estimation Five hundred acres ^be^ more or less
       scituate lying & being in Baltemore County aforesaid
       and alsoe all that Tract or peice or parcell of Land commonly
       called or known by the name of Swan Harbour or by whatsoever
       other name or names the same or any parte thereof is or
       hath been called or known containing by estimation three
       hundred acres ^be the same^ more or less scituate lying and being in Baltemore
       County afd and alsoe all that Tract piece or parcell of land
       commonly called or known by the name of Ivington or by
       whatsoever other name or names the same or any parte
       thereof is or hath been called or known containing by
