244 the County of Middlesex Iro^n^monger of the first parte Sam.ll Palmer of Black Fryars London son of John Palmer late of Towchester in the County of Northampton Glazier and Plumber deced who was brother and heir of William Palmer late of the province of Maryland deced Richard Hutchins of Towchester afd yeoman and Sarah his wife Thomas Cleaver of Towchest.r afd yeoman & Susannah his wife John Watson of Towchester aforesaid yeoman and Alice his his wife which said Sarah Hutchins Susannah Cleaver and Alice Watson are the Daughters of the said John Palmer deceased of the parte and William Mathew of Martin in the County of Surry Esq.r of the Third parte Wittnesseth that for & in consideration of the sume of one hundred seventy five pounds of Lawfull money of great Brittaine in hand paid to the said Paul Collins by the said William Mathew at or before the sealing and Delivery of these presents in full for the absolute purchase of the Lands & hereditaments herein after mentioned to be conveyed the Receipt whereof the said Paul Collins doth hereby acknowledge and thereof ^Doth acquit release and discharge ^& y.e every parte & parcell^ the said William Mathew his heirs ex.rs and assignes by these p.rsents and also for & in consideration of five Shillings a Piece of like Lawfull money in hand Paid to the said Samuell Palmer Richard Hutchins and Sarah his wife ^Tho.s Cleaver and Susannah his wife^ and John Wattson and Alice his wife by y.e said William Mathew at or befor the sealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof are hereby alsoe Acknowledged he the said Paul Collins by and with the Consent Direccon and appointment of the said Sam.ll Palmer Rich.d Hutchins and Sarah his wife Tho.s Cleaver & Susannah his wife and John Wattson and Ailce his wife Testifyed by their being parties to and sealing & Delivering of these p.rsents And alsoe the said Sam.ll Palmer Richard Hutchins & Sarah his wife Thomas Cleaver & ^Susannah^ his wife and John Wattson and Alice his wife have and each and every of them Hath ^Granted^ bargained sold aliened Released & Confirmed & by these Presents Doe and each and every of them Doth grant bargaine Sell Alien release and Confirme unto the s.d William Mathew in his actuall Possession now being (by) |
