242 the name of Juington or by whatsoever other name or name the same or any parte thereof is or hath been called or known conta by estimation one hundred acres be the same more or Less scituate Lying & being in Baltemore County afd and alsoe all Messuages houses Tobacco houses out houses ediffices buildings ereccons ways waters Trees woods und.rwoods Proffitts commodeties hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the said severall Tracts peices or parcells of land or to any or either of them belonging or in any wise appertaining all which s.d Lands and premises were heretofore in the Tenure or Occupation of the said William Palmer deceased or of his Undertenants or Assignes and alsoe all other Messuages houses plantacons lands Tenements & hereditaments whatsoever late of the s.d William Palmer deceased or of the said John Palmer his Brother deced or either of them scituate lying & being in Maryland aforesaid or which they the s.d Paul Collins Samuell Palmer Party to these p.rsents Richard Hutchins and Sarah his wife Thomas Cleaver & Susannah his wife and John Wattson and Alice ^his wife^ or any of them any of them ^are^ by any wayes or meanes Right or Title whatsoever ^or^ howsoever seized of or Intituled unto in Possession Revecon Remainder or Expectancy scituate lying and being in Maryland afores.d with their and every of their appurtenances and the revercon and Revercons Remainder & Remainders Rents Issues and proffitts of all & singular the said premises To have and to hold all and singular the s.d severall Tracts Pieces or parcells of Land Messuages houses Plantlands Tenements hereditaments and premises herein before mentioned and Intended to be hereby Bargained and sold with their and every of their appurtenances unto y.e said William Mathew his ex.rs and adm.rs from the day next before the day of the date of these presents for and dureing and untill the full end and terme of one whole year from thence next ensueing and fully to be compleat and ended to the Intent & purpose that by virtue of these presents and of the statue made for transfering Uses into Possession the s.d William Mathew may be in the actuall possession of all and (singular) |
