       (and) William Mathew of Martaine in the County of Surry
       Esquier of the other parte   Wittnesseth that for ^and in^ consideration
       of the sume of Five shillings a piece of Lawfull money of great
       Britt.n in hand paid to the said Paul Collins Samuel Paulmer Richard
       Hutchins Smith & Sarah his wife Thomas Cleaver & Susannah his wife
       John Watson & Alice his wife have Bargained by the said
       William Mathew at or before the sealing & Delivery of these
       presents the Receipts whereof are hereby acknowledged they
       the said Paul Collins Samuel Palmer Richard Hutchins and
       Sarah his wife Thomas Cleaver & Susannah his wife ^&^ John
       Watson and Alice his wife ^have bargained and sold by these presents do and each and every of them Doth^ by the said William Mathew
       at & before sealing & Delivery of these p.rsents Bargaine and sell
       unto y.e said William Mathew  All those the severall Tracts
       peices or parcells of Land scituate lying & being in the province
       of Maryland in America in parts beyond y.e seas hereinafter
       particularly meconed that is to say all y.t Tract or piece or
       parcell of Land Commonly called or knowne by the name of
       the Grove or by whatsoever other name or names the same or any
       parte thereof is or hath been called or known containing by
       estimation two hundred and Fifty acres be the same more
       or Less scituate lying & being in Baltemore County in the
       s.d Province of Maryland and alsoe all that Tract piece or pcell
       of Land Commonly Called or known by the name of Palmers
       Forrest or by whatsoever other name or names the same or
       any parte thereof is or hath been called or knowne conta
       by estimation six hundred acres be the same more or Lesse
       scituate Lying & being in Baltemore County afd and also all
       that Tract or piece or parcell of Land Commonly Called or knowne
       by the name of Palmers Points or by whatsoever other name
       or names the same or any parte thereof is or hath been called
       or known containing by estimation five hundred acres be ^y.e^ same
       more or Less scituate lying & being in Baltemore County afd
       and also all that Tract or ^peice or^ parcell of Land commonly called or
       known by the name of Swan Harbour or by whatsoever
       other name or names the same or any parte or parcell
       thereof is or hath been called or know containing by estimation
       three hundred acres be y.e same more or less scituate lying and
       being in Baltemore County afd and alsoe all that Tract or
