       that he y.e said Robert & his heirs shall & will from time to time
       and at all Times forever hereafter dureing the space of twenty
       one years from the date hereof sign and acknowledge all such
       further conveyances or any other assureance whatsoever
       unto y.e said Joseph Howard his heirs and assignes for ever
       the better assureance and more sure makeing over all and singular
       the before bargained Lands ^and premises^ with their and every of their appurtenances
       unto the said Joseph Howard his heirs and assignes
       forever at the proper Cost and Charge of the said Joseph Howard
       his heirs and assignes or his or their Councill Learned in the law
       shall reasonably advise devise or require But provided and in
       case y.e said Joseph Howard his heirs and assignes shall forever
       hereafter peaceaby and Quietly possess and enjoy the first pcell
       of Land mentioned in the within Deed Lying in ann arundell
       County Containing by Estimation one hund.d acres according to
       the severall Courses exprest in this deed with all its appendances
       & appurtenances thereu^n^to belonging or in any wise appertaining
       without any Lett Trouble hindrance or Interuption whatsoever
       but free & Discharged from all manner of all Incumbrances ^whatsoever^ That
       then then the said ^Robert^ Baily his heirs & Assignes shall peaceably &
       Quietly Occupy possess & Injoy the Tracts of Land last menconed
       in y.e within deed lying in Baltemore & Contains by Estimation
       three hundred Fifty three acres without the Lett Suite hindrance
       Molestation of the s.d Joseph Howard his heirs or Assignes or
       any person whatsoever claiming by from or under him or them
       or any of them any ^part or^ parcell thereof & for & dureing the time
       y.e said Howard his heirs and Assignes shall peaceably and Quietly
       have hold occupy posses & Enjoy the afd one hundred acres
       of Land & p.rmises with its appurtenances according to the sev.r
       meets & bounds ^exprest^ in the above De^e^d Lying in Ann Arundell County
       y.t then the s.d Robert Bailey his heirs & Assignes shall and may
       peaceably occupie possess & enjoy the other tract of Land
       lying in Baltemore County last mentioned ^in^ this deed conta
       three hundred fifty three acres more or less & no longer this being
       y.e True Intent & meaning of this present Indenture y.e parties
       above named have Interchangeably sett their hands and affixed
       their seales y.e day & year above Written Robert Bailey (seale)
       On y.e back of y.e aforegoing deed was thus endorst Viz.t
