       in the port of London upon which bonds there is due from
       him unto her said maj.ty the sum of twenty thousand pounds
       and upwards It is found upon the oaths of twelve men of
       the said County of Middx that the said Thomas Couts was
       then possessed as of his own proper goods of seven hundred
       Hoggsheads of tob.o the product of three Cargoes of goods
       of the said Thomas Couts Consigned from England to the sd
       W.m Watts deceased which said seven hundred hoggsheads of
       tobacco do now remaine in the hands of the said George Braxton
       and John Baylor and are worth to be sold One thousand seven
       hundred pounds of lawfull money of Great Brittaine And
       it is further found by the said Inquisition that the said
       W.m Trent of Philadelphia in parts beyond the seas merch.t
       is Indebted to the said Thomas Couts in two thousand p.ds for
       so much money had and reced by the said W.m Trent for y.e use
       of the said Thomas [illegible] Couts and that the said John French
       of New Castle in Pensilvania in parts beyond the seas merch.t
       is Indebted to y.e said Thomas Couts in two thousand pounds
       for so much money had and reced by the said John French
       for y.e use of y.e s.d Tho.s Couts And it is further found by the
       said Inquisition that the said Thomas Couts was possessed of one
       thousand and seventy two hundred hoggsheads of tob.o the pduct
       of five Cargoes of goods sent from England in y.e ship Welcome
       Supply or in some other Vessell or Vessells consigned to the said
       W.m Watts and Patrick Andrews and other persons merch.ts
       in Maryland in p.ts beyond y.e seas which said one thousand
       two hundred hoggsheads of tobacco do now remain in y.e hands
       of Patrick Andrews of Patuxen in Maryland Merch.t and are
       worth to be sold y.e sum of three thousand pounds of lawfull
       money of Great Brittain And it is further found by
       the s.d Inquisit.n that the said Thomas Couts in his own right
       was possessed of the ship or Vessel Called y.e Welcome Supply
       Barnard Townsend master of the burthen of
       Tonns or thereabouts with her tackle and apparell w.ch
       Said Vessell remaines in the Custody of the af.d Bernard Townsend
       and is worth to be Sold the sume of one thousand pounds of
       lawfull money of Great Brittaine All which said tobacco and
