219 Transfering of uses into possession the said John Hyde may be in the actuall possession of the s.d Tracts pieces or parcells of Land & premises wth their & every of their appurtenances & may be thereby enabled to accept & take a grant & Release of the revertion & revertions Inheritance thereof to him & his heirs to the use of him the sd his heirs & assignes forever In Wittness whereof the parties first above named to these presents their hands & seales Interchangebly have sett the Day & year first above Written Nicholas Sewall (seale) On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus endorst Viz.t Signed Sealed & Delivered ^(being first duly stampt)^ in the presents of us Tho.s Dugdale Thomas Hardwick Tho.s Tongue recorded May y.e 26.th 1714 697 x.d This Indenture Made the eleventh day of Demb.r Anno Domini one Thousand seven hundred ^and^ thirteen and in the Twelfth year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lady Anne by the grace of God of Great Brittaine France & Ireland Queen Defender of the Faith &c.a Between Nicholas Sewall of S.t Marys County in the province of Maryland Gentleman of the one parte & John Hyde of poplar in the County of Middlesex Merch.t of the other parte Whereas Charles Pye of the Mynde in the County of Hereford Esq and Walter Pye of the same Place Gent by their bond or obligation bearing date the twenty eighth day of October last became bound unto the said John Hyde in the penall sum of eighteen hundred pounds Conditioned that If the said Charles Pye and Walter Pye or either of them their or either of their heirs ex.rs or adm.rs did and should well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto y.e said John Hyde his ex.rs adm.rs or Assignes the full sume of Nine hundred twenty nine pounds and tenn shil of lawfully money on |
