218 (acres) be the same more or Less And alsoe all Tract or parcell of Land Called Sewalls Mannor lying in Talbott County aforesaid Beginning at a marked spanish oak standing in a fork on the South East side of a branch & on the south west nigh a new Marked road unto Duck Creek running North East from the sd roade five hundred perches to a marked white standing in a Savana by a great Branch thence running South East twelve hundred & Eighty perches then south west five hundred perches in the Lord Baltemore [illegible] then with a Direct course to the first mentioned bounds [illegible] & Laid out for four Thousand acres of Land be the same now more or Less all which premises are scituate lying & being in the province of Maryland afd Togeather with all ways passages passages Water Courses Easments proffitts Commodeties advantages & appurtenances whatsoever to the s.d premises belonging or in any wise appertaining & the revertion & reversions Remainder & Remainders rents issues & Proffitts thereof & of every parte & parcell thereof To have & to hoald the said Severall Tracts peccees or parcells of Land & premises herein before mentioned & hereby Indented to be bargained & sold & every parte & parcell thereof with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said John Hyde his heirs ex.rs adm.rs & assignes from the day next before the day of the Date of these presens for dureing & unto the full end & terme of one whole year from thence next ensueing & fully to be Compleat & Ended Yielding and paying therefore unto the sd Nicholas Sewall his heirs & assignes the rent of one peper Corne only on the Last day of the said terme if the same shall be Lawfully Demanded these presents being made to the Intent that by Vertue hereof & of the Statute for (transfering) |
