       of Them the Constituants to appear and their person to
       Represent in all Courts and before all Judges Justices and
       Ministers of the Law likewise to Compound and Agree
       as Occasion shall Require Et lites In amplissima
       forma contestarium facultate substituendi
       and Generally to doe say persue Imprison Implead
       attach arrest Condemne and out of prison againe to
       Discharge and alsoe to seale and execute Release or
       Releases for the same Giveing unto Their said attorney
       full power and lawfull authority in and aboute the
       premisses as they the Constitutants might or Could Doe
       if personally present and one or more attorney or
       attorneys under him to substitute and at pleasure to
       Revoake And they Doe hereby promise to Ratifye
       and Confirme for valid whatsoever their said attorney
       or his substitutes shall Lawfully Doe or Cause to be
       Done in and aboute the premisses by virtue
       hereof Thus done and passes in Law on the Day and
       year aforesaid
