       doth fully Discharge the said Amos ^his^ heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs
       Hath Bargained sold enfeoffed & Confirmed as by these
       presens he doth for himselfe and his heirs Bargaine sell
       Enfeoff and Confirme unto him y.e said Amos Garret all these
       severall Tracts ^or parcells^ of Land hereinafter specified lying in Ann
       Arundell County & in Baltemore County in the province of
       Maryland aforesaid togeather with three Negroes one tract
       or parcell of Land Called Brownes Increase being two hund.d
       and fifty acres one other Tract or parcell of Land Called Brownes
       Folley being two hundred ^and seventy^ acres one other tract or parcell of Land
       Called Brownley being one hundred and fifty acres one other tract
       or parcell of Land Called Henrys Increase q.t forty three acres one
       other tract or parcell of Land Called Brownes Peace being
       fifty three acres one other tract or parcell of Land Called Chink
       being one hundred acres one other Tract or parcell of Land Called
       Inheritance being one hundred acres the proceeding seven tracts
       of Land Lying in Ann Arundell County aforesaid and on the
       South side of Severne River and near said River also one Tract
       or parcell of Land Called Brownes Chance and Dorseys friendshipp
       Lying in Baltemore County near Elkridge being five
       hundred twenty four acres one other Tract or parcell of Land Called
       Brownes forrest being three hundred eighty seven acres one
       other tract or parcell of Land Called Ranters Ridge being
       four hundred and fifteen acres one other tract or parcell of Land
       Called Browns Addition being four hundred acres the proceeding
       four Tracts of Land lying in Baltemore County and near Elk
       Ridge aforesaid and all other y.e ^lands^ tenements and heriditaments
       any ways appurtaineing or belonging to y.e said Tho.s Browne
       lying in Ann Arundell ^or in Baltemore^ County aforesaid with all the appurtenances
       to the same or any of them belonging togeather with the
       dwelling houses to be houses woods underwoods fruit trees and alsoe
       three Negroes Viz.t one Negroe man Called Peter about twenty
       two years of age one Negroe Woman Called Murea about eighteen
