       On the back of a Certaine deed made between Nicholas Sporne of the one p.t
       and Charles Carroll Tho.s Greenfield and Joshua Cacill of the other part ^recorded in Lib G L N.o 6 fide^ was
       thus endorst Viz.t  [illegible]

    Maryland fs   We whose names are hereunto subscribed do hereby for and
Vide Sporne release        in Consid.n of the sume of forty pounds Curr.t mony of Maryland
to Carroll Greenfield      afd to us in hand paid by the within named Charles Carroll
& Cecill in Lib               give grant bargaine sell and Confirme unto him the said Charles his
[illegible] fol 39              heirs or Assignes our two thirds of the land in the within deed
       menconed and do hereby for us and our any or either of our heirs
       ex.rs adm.rs warr.t and defend the same from us and our heirs and
       Assignes and from all or any claimeing or to claime by from or
       under us them or any of them unto him the said Charles his heirs and
       Assignes for ever To have and to hold the said bargained premises from
       us and our heirs and assignes unto him the said Charles his heirs and
       Assignes for ever In Testimony whereof we have hereunto Joyntly set
       our hands and seales this 2.d day of November 1713

       County Planter & Catherine his wife of the one parte and Amos
       Garrett of y.e afd County in the province of Maryland Merchant of the
       other parte Wittnesseth that y.e said Tho Browne for and in Consideration
       of y.e sume of one hundred & sixty pounds sterl to him in hand paid
       by the said Amos y.e receipt whereof y.e said Tho.s Browne of
       this County Planter doth hereby acknowledge and thereof
