       being the first bounder of y.e said Land called Catton running
       thence south Fifty perches thence west parrallell with the said
       Catton three hundred and twenty perches thence North fifty
       perches to y.e aforesaid Tract of Land called Catton thence
       bounding on and with the aforesaid ^Land^ to y.e first bounder Conta
       one hundred acres as aforesaid with the appendants & appurtenances
       thereunto there belonging To have and to hold all the afd
       to be granted Lands and premises with all and singular the
       appendants and appurtenances to them belonging unto him the
       said Jacob Henderson his heirs and Assignes forever to the only
       proper use and behoofe of him y.e said Jacob Henderson his
       heirs and assignes forever and to none other use intent or purpose
       whatsoever And the said Ezekiell Wrighte doth hereby
       for himselfe and his heirs Executors and Administrators
       covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Jacob
       Henderson his heirs and assignes that he s.d Ezekiell Wrighte
       and his heirs shall at any time hereafter when he or they shall
       be thereunto required by the said Jacob Henderson or his heirs
       or Assignes at the Costs and Charges in the Law of him the said
       Jacob Henderson or his heirs or assignes make doe acknowledge suffer and
       execute or Cause to be made done acknowledged suffered and executed
       all or any such reasonable Act or Acts thing or things Conveyances
       or assureances in the Law whatsoever for the perfect and absolute
       assureing surety and sure makeing of the aforementioned Land and
       p.rmises with the appendants and appurtenances unto the said Jacob
       Henderson his heirs and assignes forever from the said Ezekiel Wrighte
       and his heirs or any person Claimeing from by or under him or them
       as by the said Jacob Henderson his heirs or assignes or his or their Councill
       learned in y.e Law shall be reasonably advised devised or required
       In Wittness whereof y.e parties to these presents first above
       named have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and
