       the sume of one thousand Pounds sterl to him in hand paid
       or secured to be paid the receipt whereof y.e said Ezekiel
       Wrighte doth hereby doth Acknowledge and of every parte
       and parcell thereof doth fully Clearly and absolutely acquit
       Exonerate and Discharge the said Jacob Henderson his
       heirs Executors and Administrators by these presents as for
       divers other good Causes and Considerations him thereunto moveing
       Hath given granted bargained sold Aliend Enfeoffed and
       Confirmed and doth by these presents for himselfe and his
       heirs give grant bargaine sell alien Enfeoffe and Confirme
       unto him the said Jacob Henderson his heirs and Assignes
       forever the two Tracts or parcells of Land herein after menconed
       that is to say all that Tract or parcell of Land Called Catton
       a mile from the west side of the North branch of Petuxent
       River Beginning at a bound^ed^ oake being a bounded tree
       of y.e Land of John Lewellin standing in the line of a
       parcell of Land formerly laid out for John Howerton Called
       Howertons Range and running with the Line of the s.d
       land north northwest one hundred perches to the Land
       formerly Laid out for Robert Wilson and bounding on y.e
       Said Land running North and by west one hundred and fifty
       perches to the northermost bounded tree of the said Land
       then west three hundred and twenty perches bounded on the West
       by a line Drawn south two hundred forty and five perches
       to the land of the said Lewellin thence bounding on the
       said Land to the first bounded Tree Containing and laid
       out for five hundred acres of Land with the ^appendants and^ appurtenances
       [illegible] thereunto belonging Alsoe one hund.d
       acres of Land part of a Tract of Land ^Called^ Enfield Chase
       Lying in Prince Georges County aforesaid which said one
       hundred acres Begin^n^eth at a bound ^red^ oake of y.e said Enfield
